In recent years, the topic of environmental sustainability is becoming increasingly important and topical.
In order to adapt to the needs of an ever-changing market, companies feel the need to approach the world of environmental protection. With this in mind, Valpolicella has decided to subscribe to the RRR protocol, a certification on integrated pest management in the vineyard. This project aims to guarantee a territorial development that is in line with the new demands of consumers, who are increasingly attentive to the ecosystem. But there are many Veronese producers who have chosen this path not only to offer consumers healthier and more genuine products, but also to thank nature for what it offers us.
Adherence to the project has been rewarded in recent years with the awarding of the certificate also to our winery, which received the RRR certificate for the grapes harvested in the 2016 and 2017 harvests in the approximately 70 hectares of vineyard area cultivated in Valpolicella.
The desire remains to deepen the theme of organic farming, applying the best technological innovations to the cultivation of the land for quality viticulture.
